I'm back to eating regular food & so far all is good. I haven't attempted any raw veggies again & am honestly a bit scared to. I'm still doing my 2 protein shakes. I am going to check out  some cookbooks for after WLS & see what I find.

Yesterday I walked my 15 min. morning break & my 30min lunch. Then I came home & did half of the 1st day of the sonic runner training (only half because of zumba) & then went to my 45min zumba class. I feel good today. I expected to be a bit sore but I'm not.

Today I will do the entire sonic runner, which for the 1st week is 24 min. walk 2min then run 1min & repeat.

I feel like my loss rate sucks. I lost 1.6 lbs last week. I have felt like my loss rate has been slow for quite a while & everytime I ask or have posted out here, I get the whole everyone looses at a different rate. Well, I get that but I think I should be doing more than what I am. I started wearign my Bodybugg again to see if I can figure something out. I really wish someone would give me a clue. It's even more frustrating when you ask a vet that has been very active out here & the response is that they never exercised. Currently they're 105 lbs....wtf.

My fear being that if the "fast rate" of loss is in the 1st 6 months & then it slows & usually after 1yr you pretty much stop, then I will stop by the 6 month mark & will fall very short of goal. I considered WLS for many years & maybe I expected to much from it when I finally decided this was my last resort.

I'm out here daily at least reading others posts. Then when I see good replies or posts I even go out to that persons profile to read their blogs, etc. I'm really seeking more.
