I am a 41 year old male that has been heavy for most of his life. I live in Tucson, AZ with my Partner of going on 7 years and we both have 2 boys. Jonathan is 9 years old and Alexander is 7 years old. It has been a struggle being so heavy that i have trouble walking up to the second floor. I get so out of breath. I want to be here and see the boys grow up. They already lost a mother at a very young age. i dont want them to lose me also. I have been on every fad diet. Lost over 100 lbs then right away, put the weight back on plus more. I made the final stand and talked to my PCP about having Bariatric surgery. Now here i am and is going to take the steps for a Thinner and Healthier Dennis.
