This morning I am 178.5 pounds. I did not think this would happen to meI do Love my DS !!! I am finally there I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!
Super Goal is to get to 148 ! I will still be in the overweight category I am only 4 feet 11 inches, but 148 sounds idea to me
