I've been blogging about my experience through lap-band surgery.

I'm scheduled to arrive at the Surgical Center at 6:30am Friday morning.  I'm nervous about the surgery but excited for life after it.

I've ben struggling with the preop diet.  I'm not getting enough carbohydrate to energize me for excersize.  I cheated a bit this weekend on my surf trip so that I could surf for serveral hours a day.
