"My first impression of Dr. T was that I was interviewing him, he was quiet but prepared to answer any questions I had at any time. After my pre-op visit I emailed him a question and got a response in 10 minutes which couldn't have made me feel better that particular day. He would remember things I told him and bring them up again the next time I saw him. My surgery was great, and his bedside manner can't be beat. The whole package, which for me was very important. The hospital staff often mentioned how well respected he is there and it's obvious he does not act like he is above them. The office staff is OK, although I felt like I had to stay on top of them to schedule pre-op appointments, etc. My only disappointment was that I didn't get to see him on my first post op and I'm told I will only see the NP from now on unless I have a problem. I feel like their nutrition program could use some work. I did a lot of research and felt well prepared but I'm not sure how I'd feel if I relied only on my visits with the Nutritionist. Support group meets twice a month and I think is a must, I love that it is free and even people from other surgeons are welcome. Bottom line, I would recommend him to anyone who asked me."
