"I loved this hospital. It was more of a hotel/Spa experience then a hospital stay. My family even made fun of me and told me only I would choose a place so fancy to have a surgery! When I checked in they gave a garmet bag to put my clothes in along with a separate bag for shoes. The staff in particular was wonderful, very attentive, pleasant, and always concerned about my well being. The night crew was a little less personable but, most of the time I was asleep so haha. The decor in the hospital is beautiful hard wood floors, beautiful fish tanks, lovely pieces of artwork. I would recommend this hospital for this surgery "
"Oh Dr Nguyen! For this being my very first surgery to say I was nervous was an understatement! He was cracking little jokes to make me feel better. That is who I want in my corner! Someone who knows how challenging it is but tries to make me feel at ease. He's very quiet and professional. I have been seeing him since April of 2011 and have had great experiences. I drive 4 hours minimum to see him as he is based in Bellevue and I live in Spokane. I would not change picking a closer dr. Dr Nguyen is very realistic about his expectations after surgery and does what he can to stress these facts to you. He is wonderful and I'm grateful that I was able to find him!
His office staff is very pleasant and so incredibly supportive! When I received notice from insurance that my surgery was approved they were soooo excited and at a loss for words! "
