My weight started getting out of control when I had my first child ,which was 20 years ago and I have tried arobics,weight training and every pill that you guys probably already know about. I never look in the mirror unless I am doing my hair, but yesterday I took a good look in a full size mirror and OMG boy am I severly obese. It's amazing how you really don't realize how big you are until you take that big mirror and actually look, or when people say you have a cute face huh, you know what that means, the rest of you is jacked up.
My last day of my six month diet plan is Nov, 2nd and my consultation with my Dr. is December 11, and I think that is when they will turn everything in to my insurance, so hopefully I can bring in the new year with a new look, a much smaller, healthier look.
