hard job but i gotta do it!

i am jus taking off on this weight loss journey! i officaily started my 10 day liquid diet on today in which i can have:2 protien shakes daily,3 or less servings of no sugar added fudge pops,jello,or popsicles,3 or less servings of sf pudding,yogurt,cottage cheese,or a cup of skim milk,and any amount of broth or clear liquids! i am a mother of a 3yr old & a 4yr old! with having to take care of them(which those of you who have young children can relate)meals,snacks,baths,sibling rilvary plus house chores! this is a battle!HELP!!! this diet takes alot of concentration/focus becus its truly challenging and im jus not able to give it the full attentiin needed becus i have to be full time mommy and i dont have support!wat do i do?
