I loved this product as a pre-op. A great natural appetite suppressent with a little kick of energy to boot. Helped me lose 50 pounds the year before my surgery!

This stuff is great. I purchased chocolate, peaches n' cream, and vanilla bean. All three taste good. I luckily got them 75% off at GNC so it was a great deal. My kids also liked it, we made all of the flavors to taste them and of course they had to be included. I mixed it just with a spoon. Compared to other protein powder's I have tasted I prefer this one so far.

I didn't feel good when i tried it.The product made me feel repulsive to be quite honest with you.

I love this stuff! it mixes instantly with water and is creamy and tasty, it's the only thing I have found that I can drink
