Once you are taking the handfuls of vitamins everyday, things will firm up alot.  And no, I don't wear depends or carry wipes.  I carry a bottle of orange oil air freshener for when I have to go at work (which is maybe once a week).  But I work long shifts  (7am to 8 or 9pm) so I really don't have much choice other than to go at work.

Give it some time, things will get better!

Maybe it was the crackers? I know before my 12 hour shifts I do not eat any carbs....lol....or during. I have had to run to the bathroom but have made it...thank God. Jus****ch your carb intake before and during work...we should be doing that anyways right?

First of all, it takes a few months to get into a rhythm with the bathroom.  That alone is reason enough to take as long off of work as you can.  You get into a rhythm in a couple of months or so post op.  From there, start keeping a mental note on how different foods affect you.  Avoid foods you're sensitive to during work hours and you will be just fine.  I'm a corporate trainer, and am very cautious of what I eat during the days, especially when I'm up front and center.

That sounds absolutely like a plan. I think now it was the crackers (carbs) that did it. So far today OK, but real cautious on my food intake. Thanks so much.

I wish I knew the answer!  I log everything I eat with fitness pal and I am trying to figure out what triggers the" hurry up and get to the bathroom it hurts...cant hold it BM'S!!!"

once I go... I feel fine.  It happens almost everyday.  Usually mid morning.  It makes it hard to plan anything until it is over with.

I stay between 20-30 carbs and over 100 protein a day.  Almost three months out.  Hoping and praying it will end soon.

Edited to add... I am really good about getting my vits in.  I use vitalady.  Will be getting my blood draw next week.

It could be something besides bread type carbs...most foods have carbs that is NOT just meat or fat. Depending on HOW the meat is prepared/seasoned, it can have carbs.

Also milk is a BIG culprit to many of us esp early out...I am still lactose intolerant and was a MILK drinker pre-op. But I am ONLY sensitive to the milk you actually drink. Half & Half, yogurt, cheese, etc doesn't bother me.

At first I was that way...had the runs. Now, I tend more toward constipation unless I eat/drink certain foods.
