Good Morning and Good Luck on your surgery.  I have not had my surgery yet but I looked in my package and my surgeon requires a liquid diet the day before surgery.  I would call your surgeon and confirm because you don't want to arrive tomorrow and be told no because you ate today.

Be Blessed

My surgeon requires liquids during the day and then I can have ANYTHING the night before but nothing after 9pm.

Good luck with your surgery, in my case I was allowed to eat nothing heavy before 1pm the day before my surgery and just clear liquids after that time but I jsut spent that day dirngkin chicken broth and water everything clear just in case make sure you don't eat red stuff that may seem like blood.

Again good luck!!

I'm sure each surgeon may have different requirements.  My surgeon requires a strictly pre-op liquid diet up until the day before surgery.  I'd double check w/your surgeon because you definitely don't want that to be the reason your surgery is delayed!  Good luck.

I will definitely be housecleaning the day before surgery! If my mom comes over to take care of me and that place isn't clean, she'll freak.
