I am a big Tim Ferris fan. If you haven't read the 4 hour body yet, you should, this guy is pretty amazing.
Just took a quick look, and had to laugh because when I responded to your other post about cheat days, I described my Atkins diet in almost the same way -- no white food -- and the rest of his description is pretty much on point.
I'm finding the my Atkins experience was great prep for this. Our post-VSG diet is basically Atkins, just a lower fat approach.
Here's to our low-carbing VSG success!
