Just took a quick look, and had to laugh because when I responded to your other post about cheat days, I described my Atkins diet in almost the same way -- no white food -- and the rest of his description is pretty much on point. 

I'm finding the my Atkins experience was great prep for this. Our post-VSG diet is basically Atkins, just a lower fat approach.

Here's to our low-carbing VSG success!

Yeah, what I like about Tim's Slow Carb diet is his meals are calorically loaded with beans or some dense food that keeps you from getting hungry. He also uses a supplement stack called PAGG (Policosinol, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Garlic, and Green Tea Extract) that does a bunch of things.
