HUGE NSV!!!
OK, I haven't really exercised like I would have liked since surgery. I had some residual tightness in my abdominals and I have been working two jobs so it has been really easy to make excuses not to get to the gym or even walk. Today i woke up with lots of energy and the mindset to go to the gym. So I did.
I planned to do 15 mins on the treadmill maybe 30 if I could pu**** Last time I went to the gym 7 minutes almost killed me so my expectations were low. I got on and hit 15 mins without any pain. So I cranked it up, and got to 30 mins and noticed that I wasn't too far away calorie wise from my breakfast. Hell, lets burn off breakfast. So I did, that took me to 42 mins. I was like hey, thats only 3 mins away from 45 mins (more than I have done in 20 years), so I ratcheted up the treadmill. Got to 45 mins and I said hey, I am only 15 mins away from an hour. So I ratcheted it up some more and cranked out the whole hour. My daughter came to the gym when I was at 52 mins and I pointed to it and her eyes go really wide.
I DID 65 MINS ON THE TREADMILL TODAY Y'ALL!!!
Then I proceeded to do what I am calling the body wake up workout. I got it from here:

All in all I worked out for 2 hours today. I feel great. I am so shocked I could do an hour on the treadmill today.
