I reached 100 pounds lost a few weeks ago, here is the tattoo I got as my 'reward' to myself.

Since last year I decided I would get this tattoo when I had lost 100 pounds. I already have several tattoos, but this one is one of the most meaningful ones. I am absolutely thrilled with it, it's just what I wanted, and since it was my own ideas I know it is original.
