I have been stalled for 6 months--but I am almost 2 years out. My advice would be to push through...you will start losing again. I would push and try as hard as you can during your first 18 months bc after that it is extremely hard to lose more weight after that.

It works if you work it; it sorta works if you sorta work it; and it doesn't work if you don't work it.

About 7 weeks....it was really tedious. Now again...its been a week....I think its a general slow down in weight loss rate now.

About 3 and a half weeks. Twice.

They suck, you just have to follow your plan and wait them out.

Thanks Guys! I appreciate the feed back. I HAVE to stop weighing daily. I have made it a habit. I am 6 wks post op & had a 10 day pre op diet. I have lost 32 lbs but it has been nothing for a 1 1/2 wks. I just don't want to fail. But I won't stop doing the right things. It HAS to pay off in the end : )

i had my first stall at 12 months out (hard to believe). i lost 2 pds last week and i was never so happy to see the scale move.  i realize i am lucky that it was my first one, though i had a lot to lose.  just keep sticking to plan and the stall will break. in the first little while they will not last as long as mine. you will make it through. dont get discouraged.
