Well here it is a month out and I am feeling great.  I have lost a total of 35 pounds and 17 inches. I thought I would try to see if I could get back into my size 18 pants and guess what they fit.  I don't even have to suck it in to get them on.  I really didn't believe they would fit but what a surprise 😊. I am working really hard to try and get my walking in everyday and am now starting to ride my bike as I can. 🚴

Just keep on moving

Congratulations.  You are doing great.  35 pounds lost is EXCELLENT.  Its wonderful to fit into smaller clothes.

Congrats lady!! I know what you mean with the size 18 pants...it is such a great feeling to drop pant sizes! I went to buy another pair of pants and for giggles I tried on the 16 and I could button them, but I had muffin top going on so I got them any ways cuz I'm sure here in the next few weeks I will be in them!

Good job on getting on the bike and going!
