For the last couple of days I have had a weird taste in my mouth almost all the time. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there something that I can do to help this?

If it feels good, do it! And if it smells good, eat it!
I would also vote for ketosis. Most all of us on a low carb diet go into ketosis and I am sure that is all it is.
