Want to make cheese your friend, grab some wheat thins and some garlic and onion spreadable laughing cow cheese. It is heaven and the cheese is only 35 calories a serving. Your graph looks like you are doing well though.

I'm 11 months out and still experience very little hunger. I'm incredibly grateful for that and I know this is not always the case.
I think that differences in surgical techniques between various surgeons is the reason that people experience such varying levels of hunger. But that's a whole other thread. Also, I think that focusing on dense protein (as opposed to cheese, etc.) and keeping carbs low cause hunger to stay at bay.

It's funny you wrote that about dense protein...my nemesis CHEESE ( BTW nothing fancy, just yellow American sliced deli cheese) has been a real issue for me..I tend to grab it w/o thinking when I get my new version of hungry.
I decided today after I posted, that I was going to cook up a barber foods mushroom Swiss stuffed chicken breast to have on hand when I feel that ravenous...
I can only eat 1/2 at a time and its 170 cal 6 g carb 22g protein
(For the whole thing!)
as opposed to the 100 calories for 1 piece of freakin' cheese LOL!
Hopefully this will tame my cheese beast!!
