Will going back to pre-op liquid diet kick start weight loss?

Going back to liquids won't do much but make you grouchy ;)

Most of the time, when people decide to go back to basics, they go back to the immediate post op rules of high protein, LOW carbs (as low as you can), as much water as you can get in, and weigh, measure, TRACK EVERYTHING.

Carb detoxing comes first. It will be a craptastic 48-72 hours, but it is worth it in the end to get rid of carb cravings.

How far out are you from surgery? The farther out, the more difficult (mentally) it is to jump back in. But you CAN do it. Best of luck, hon! Your sleeve is a tool and it will work it you work it!
