Thanks, Keith. I've learned a lot from you. You are always so inspiring and give me that extra push I need to work out. I know I should do more and want to start being more consistent with the weight training. I've lost a lot of muscle mass and need to build it back up.

Glad I could help. You might want to consider taking a BCAA supplement. They help a lot in building new muscle and preserving the muscles you do have. Also if you are no consistent with your routine you might see more benefit from doing more weight with fewer reps that way you are giving your muscles some repair work to do while you are taking the time off.
