Questions for the Doc/Nut at 1 year appointment

I was wondering what questions and concerns others had when they were going in for their 1 year post op visit.  I am looking for things I should ask my surgeon and nutritionist,  but my mind is coming up blank.

The only two major issues I have ran into have been, always freezing and running out of energy during long workouts.

I'm coming up on my 1 year also, and I'm going to ask about:

  1. Getting a sleep study so I can get rid of my CPAP.
  2. Plastic Surgery - how much more weight I might lose, how much more my skin will tighten up, and when should I start thinking about plastic surgery.
  3. What types of medical problems I migh****ch for in the future due to the surgery.

That's all I can think of now.  I'll be curious what others suggest.

best wishes,

Carol

I didn't have any questions, but I did request a copy of my labs, so that I could create my own spread sheet and track my numbers.  Doctors/surgeons have hundreds of patients to follow but I only  have me.  I see trends in my labs and question them.  While a drop in my numbers that are still in the "normal" range, but seem normal a continual drop would be in the low category and I'd rather be proactive then reactive.
