Taking everyones advice & came to the ER today! Pain was still intense so had my brother bring me to the hospital! Getting a X-ray done to see if they came find out what is going on with me. Let's hope they do!

So glad you decided to go in. I have been praying for you. If it is muscle spasms hopefully if nothing else hopefully they can give you something to help with the pain. Keep us all posted. Best wishes for a good outcome!
