B: Coffee, lots of coffee

L: Ground turkey breast sauteed with spinach, baby bellas, onions and feta (leftovers and SO GOOD).

D: Likely baked shrimp parmesan

Snack: Liver mousse and herbed brie cheese

Yup!  It started with pate at some French-themed school party and went from there.  Yum.  It's occasionally a component in charcuterie and always makes me super happy!

Yes!! That is awesome! Charcuterie has become my post-VSG snack of choice, especially with some pate. :)

First day in Florida after a grueling 3-day trip hauling a large camper with a large pickup truck from Maryland to Florida. Very tired. That's usually a trigger to eat junk carbs, but since I allow no junk carbs in the camper, the only thing I can indulge in is coffee with cashew milk and a little Splenda. Hah! on you, cravings and junk carbs! Won't get me that way any more!

  1. Coffee w/cashew milk
  2. Scrambled eggs, banana
  3. Cauliflower shepherd's pie w/green peas
  4. Snack: More coffee w/cashew milk

L: On track

V: Rats! Forgot to put on my patch today. Still time to put it on now.
