S - 1/2 apple with a few peanuts

D - 2 oz herb n garlic pork roast with 2 oz maple sweet potato 

W - good

E - good

V - done

B - Boiled egg

S - Protein coffee

L - egg salad - 3 crackers

s - Boiled egg

d - 1/2 cup green salad w/ 1/4 diced ham.

 

Mile on the bike, 20 minutes walking and 20 minutes Zumba

Vitamins - good

Water - need a bit more
