I have been working on a new video about my journey http://youtu.be/G9OMb2tsm20.  As most others here, I have been trying diet after diet for a long time. Last year I tried a holistic approach to weightloss. I was on many different protocols like a 21 day cleanse, blood sugar and blood type diet. I was restricted from specific foods and took a large amount of supplements. I was actually able to loose close to 50 lbs. but ended up gaining most if not all the weight back. This is when I decided to look into WLS. Once I did my research I decided that this is a journey that I am ready to take. At my highest I was 306. I have been steadily loosing weight since surgery but definitely see it slowing down. Once I started regular food, I noticed that the weight loss slowed down to tenths of a pound each day ot two. Yesterday I made it to 239. This is my all time low in a very long time. It is definitwly a lifestyle change and definitely takes a committment to the program and nutritional needs. I am glad to be on the loosers bench.

Sounds like you are doing great. For me the weight loss hasn't been a steady journey. Stalls and near stalls then rapid loss. Who knows why? Keeping doing what you are supposed to be doing.
