6 Month surgiversary today

VSG on 10/15/14 with

On October 15th I had my surgery. In the last six months I have been able to meet my goal weight of 195. The dr wants me to loose a few more pounds in orde to have a buffer. I had my six month followup with my surgeon and my labs and blood pressure are great. I started maintenance a few weeks ago. Went from 1000 calories to 1200-1400 calories and increasing my carb intake a bit. This has been the best decision I have made.
