What is everybody's calorie intake and protein grams at 10 months?

Just wanted to see what is working for people.  I lost 10 lbs last month - have been losing steadily and then bam.  Stopped cold.  I'm at 10 months.

I'm a little early, only 7 months. But I stay between 600 and 800 calories a day. On the lower end as much as possible. Protein 70 to 80 grams.

I'm only 7 months out as well and MFP stats show me averaging 7-750 calories and 70+ grams of protein per day. I've been stalled for m4ore than a week but I don't plan to change anything, stalls happen.

I'm 10 months today too! I don't count calories, I count carbs and weigh ALL my food. I'm still only eating about 4 oz of protein per meal. Sometimes for breakfast I'll have my protein shake (Magnum Quattro Pure) which is 30 grams of protein per serving. Don't worry about the stalls, they will happen. Just keep on track and always eat your protein first and stay AWAY from carbs. You'll start losing again.

I stayed at 800 calories/60+ grams of protein until I reached "normal".  When I hit normal I increased to 1200 calories/60+ grams of protein daily.  Now that I'm pretty much where I want to be (11 months out) I've got a 1440 calorie/60+ grams of protein daily.  My calorie goals are "max" numbers....not "about" numbers!  I don't go over them....ever!  The farther out you are, the more you can expect to slow down.
