One-month post-op

Just got back from my one-month post-op appointment. I have lost 45 lbs. in one month in addition to the 15 I lost prior to surgery, so I'm down 60 lbs. altogether! So exciting!

It would take me months to lose 60 lbs. with diet and exercise, and it's only taken me like a month-month and a half. I feel elated right now!

Oh my goodness that's AMAZING!!!! Can't wait to join all of you on the loser's bench.... 60 lbs!!! It took me 9 months to lose 60 lbs with diet and exercise.

Wow, that is amazing congrats.  Which surgery did you have?
