I'm saving to buy a frigidaire but now i walk to the market every day. i like to put a quarter in my frige can evry time i make a good choice. i bet you don't want no frige but maybe you got something you want and uyo can save for that. reward overtime you do good so its sticks in your brain.

To keep motivated I watch inspirational videos, health documentaries and my new obsession is collecting high protein recipes. To keep busy and not eat I am crocheting a large rug right now, keeps my hands busy. I make it a daily habit to come to OH and read all the new posts. I also set a new goal everyday of walking/hiking longer than the previous day. Hope this helps some, hang in there!

I go back and look at my progress pictures to remind myself of how far I've come. When I do this I think about how I don't want to throw it away. I also still always look at others progress pictures that are posted because they are so inspiring. Last of all I keep motivational sayings and quotes in my notes section on my phone that I read over when needed. It helps to have things to keep your hands busy as well. Coloring or art projects, just things to do so you don't get bored and eat out of boredom.

I step on the scale every morning. That's a good start.

I don't buy things I shouldn't have, even if I think I'll just have a bite. That way, if there's nothing there when the temptations start, I can't make a bad decision.

Some people color, knit, sew, or some other activity to keep themselves busy.

I talk to myself A LOT... to try and talk myself out of even thinking I need something.

But, putting on smaller clothes... that's REALLY motivating! Watching my measurements go down? Truly Motivating... being healthier - the ultimate motivation!

Gotta get the brain on the same playing field, and only you will know what it is that will motivate you in the end.

I can spend hours on this website.

I also read, color, watch series on Netflix, walk, clean, organize, nap (I'm only 18 days out from surgery lol!), call or visit a friend or family member, get a mani pedi ð?¤--, update my calendar with appointments, make lists of things I'd like to do around the house (paint, rearrange, etc), shop, play with my cats, clean out the fridge and freezer, prep meals, bird watch, garden, play games on my iPad (Covet, Angry Birds, etc), listen to music. There are quite a lot of things. That's all I can think of now.

Best wishes!
