Muscle Milk Non Dairy Protein Shake

Good morning!

I bought Strawberries 'N Crème Muscle Milk Non Dairy Protein Shakes at my local Price Chopper grocery store. There are 4 bottles in the pack and the price was around $7.50(ish).

I'm surprised how good it tastes. No chalkiness, no aftertaste, not overly sweet. It has 130 calories, less that 1 gram of sugar and 20 grams of protein.

I think it would taste even better if I blended it with ice to make it a little thicker. The consistency is more like 'milk' than 'shake.'

OK....after sipping this for going on 2 hours now (I'm at work), I added it some ice.

It still isn't bad, per say, but it isn't the best thing I've ever tasted.

I tried it once, grabbed a bottle of Strawberries and Creme at a gas station before a 2 hour trip. First sip I thought, this is alright! Halfway through...not so much lol. Not something I'd ever buy again.

The Knockout Chocolate and Intense Vanilla in the Pro Series are much better than the Strawberry. I'm not sure why, but Strawberry seems to be a flavor that is hard to master when it comes to protein.

Muscle Milk is the only protein shake I can stomach! No as for the strawberries and cream.... That's the worst one you could try! LOL! The best by far is the Vanilla Creme then the Banana Creme and the Cookies and Creme. Try those... If you like Banana you will love that one for sure.
