Monthly cravings
I am six months out and am starting to have trouble with chocolate cravings during that certain time of the month. Do you experience similar cravings and what do you do about it? Thanks.

I am 6 months post-op as well and this past month I started getting the "monthly cravings" I have fixed my chocolate cravings with NSA chocolate pudding, NSA chocolate ice cream, chocolate cream cheese on fruit, I have tired so hard to not break down and give into the craving with an actual piece of dark chocolate but I know some others have said they find a small piece of dark chocolate helps.
