First Dumping
Well i had my first dumping experience this morning.....It was a BANANA.. I ate slow and chewed good so it was probably too much sugar in it for me...It did not like me at all. I had a couple pieces of one a week ago and it just didnt sit right so i stopped eating it.. I had a couple bites this morning and no problem , so i ate about half in about 30 min ...Then it hit me about half hour later. I was in bathroom for over half hour. Had to call in to work and got covered for 3 hours..I am just glad it happened at home...I am at work now and feel good again lol. Have a good day everyone..Krista

Oh poor you! Glad you were home at the time. I had pork tenderloin last night and one bite of a potato,, I was in the washroom at 2 AM, good thing is, I lost a pound today, lol. Something good has to come of it right!!

I'm just curious what others experience with dumping. I find mine starts with nausea and intense cramps. Usually I have 3 or 4 bm's with these horrible cramps and then all out diarrhea. The cramps are usually so bad, I have actually considered going to the E.R. I also get sweaty or flushed and just feel anxious. Does that sound like dumping? I was always under the impression that diarrhea wasn't part of it.
