I am so proud of my family!!!

Every year they always buy me chocolates or candy for Xmas.  I told them that I didn't want this year....please respect this.....they listened.  They know that I don't want any, and that it would sabotage my progress since my surgery is in 7 weeks.

Getting so close now!! I was just saying to my husband, I can't believe in a week I get my date. Wow. I hope you had a great Christmas!!

My surgery still seems so far off for me but I am definitely going to use my time to try and slow my eating down.  This is my down fall for sure.

Nice that you have that support and that you've given up the habit!  Good for you!

When you have family support it feels like you have your own personal cheering squad -- the load seems somewhat lightened.

wow, that's very good of you to not ask, alot of people get a farewell package of goodies...lol...you should be proud!
