Officially joining the losers bench
Made it through my 3 weeks of optifast and managed to lose 22 pounds and 25 inches over everywhere.
Had my rny yesterday with Dr Neville in Ottawa at 150 pm and am now at home resting and drinking and resting some more. One of my incisions is a little leaky but otherwise everything is going well. Passing gas from both ends, keeping on top of my pain meds and keeping my water in my hand at all times. 
so glad to be over the waiting period and on to this next new amazing chapter in my life!!

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
