Hey everyone 😀

Yesterday I had my 3 month bloodwork follow up with my aftercare clinic.  My bloodwork came back with good levels so far so yay 😀😀 my weight loss is amazing me so far and I love the nsvs that come with the weight coming

I am almost 2 weeks post op and things are progressing well.   My incisions are almost all healed... Just two still a little scabbed over.   None of them hurt... Though man are they itchy... Which I understand is the healing process 

However...

Is anyone else having nightmares post surgery?  I am now I guess 5 days post op and just woke woke up from an hour and a half of sleep at 1 am with heaving sobs from my 3rd night in a row with nightmares.   I am not getting more then 2 hours at a time

I don't know about you guys... But before surgery if I had a day off and a million things to do,  I inevitably would amuse myself with other things and get nothing productive done.   Now,  4 days post op,  and needing the down time to heal I am finding

Hey everyone, 

I am hoping someone can post how they cool with unflavoured protein powder!   I just tried to make beef broth with some and it went crazy solid and gross looking.   I mixed the cool broth with the protein powder first in a shaker

Made it through my 3 weeks of optifast and managed to lose 22 pounds and 25 inches over everywhere.
