NSV: smaller clothes... Woot! Woot!

I have been in the 260s for about 2 weeks (but it seemed like an eternity).  I finally hit the 250s the other day (259.4) and the scale has stayed like this since and it was starting to get depressing.  However, today I pulled out some old clothes from the closet and I fit in a size 22 jeans and shirt!  Considering I was wearing 28s before surgery and the 26s were just starting to get a little baggie, this was a great accomplishment for me!  I was so exicited to wear them out to my doctor's appointment today.

That is awesome! 

Are you exercising?  Getting enough protein every day?  If you answer yes to both, then don't worry-the weight will come off.

What's the guideline for protein?  I eat 3 meals a day, around 1/2 cup to 1 cup per meal, but don't really count the grams of protein.  It's lean meats (chicken, fish) and egg/cheese omelets.

And, yes, I am exercising - mainly weights now, but trying to build up cardio.  The eliptical is tough!
