Pouch nerves

I have a question about the nerves in our pouches.
When or if ever do we regain the feeling of feeling full again??
Or do we just have to keep measuring or eyeballing our portions ever so carefully?

It is very individual when/if fullness feelings return.  measuring/eyeballing is a much more reliable check on your intake.

Did you have your surgery back in August 2010? I was told that comes back in 4-6 months (i.e. feeling hungry or feeling full). I am 9 weeks out and when I am starting to get full, I get a slight pain in my shoulder (left side) and I stop eating immediately (that is with a 1/4 cup of moist turkey and a 1/4 cup of green beans). I am so afraid of vomiting which I do when things don't go down well, do not agree with me or I eat too fast.

I am just over 8 weeks out and do get the full feeling.  Bad thing is hunger has also come back already.
