I bough bariatric advantage sublingual b-12, but my mouth is so dry that it doesn't dissolve.  I also bought a B complex.  Can I get by with a B complex taken daily?

Nope but you could do the nasal stuff.  If your mouth is dry you probably need to up you hydration some.

I do shots Bi-weekly as it has the greatest absorbtion.

I have a medical condition that causes the excessively dry mouth.  Are the shots prescribed by a doctor?  I don't think my surgeon would prescribe them if they are.

Yes, prescribed by a doc.  My PCP prescribes mine.  Your surgeon might do it if you explain the dry mouth issue.

No. B12 taken orally in pill form is not absorbed. The sublingual tabs go right into the bloodstream under the tongue where the skin tissue is very thin.

I have sometimes had to have a sip of water to get the dissolving underway but keep that tab under your tongue - don't swallow it!

Or, as noted above, many people do opt for injections.

no Joyce, a B complex will not sub for b-12 although it will not hurt you in addition to the B-12.  I found a liquid B complex for under tongue but surgeon said stay with B-12 sublingual but the b complex wouldn't hurt me if I wanted to use up what I had already purchased.

Dry mouth can be equated with hydration issues.  Make sure you keep track of your fluid intake just to be sure that has not slipped on you.  Hydration is critical.

My B 12 was a little over 2000 and that was from gummies, she suggested i eat them every other day.  Others on here told me to keep it that high so that's what I'm going to do.

No.  Even if it has enough B12 in it, you swallow it, right?  We don't absorb B12 we swallow.

Other options for B12 are a patch, a nasal spray (need an Rx for it) or shots (need Rx for those two).  But a pill you swallow won't do the job.
