I'm down 87 lbs. and I feel great. The before picture is taken at my son's 3rd birthday party the day before my surgery. I wasn't able to eat anything but I was thrilled looking forward to my new life.

The after picture is in my new size 36 dockers ( a gift from a co-worker tired of seeing me in baggy clothes).

87 pounds in 4.5 months?! WOW! Was some of that weight lost pre-op?

I lost about 16 pounds in the 10 day pre-op diet. Then as now I keep a very strict and regimented low fat and high protein diet and exercise almost every day.
