Seems like a different D scale than mine.  Don't see a B12?  When you take D, you should take a dry D3. There is a difference between D3 and the standard D on your vitamin shelf. Don't cheap out and buy the least expensive form of D3--the type in a softgel, you won't absorb well due to the oil.  5000IU may not do very much for you. I had D issues post op, and after 5 years, my labs indicated that 4 of the 50K IU of dry D3 only put my D at a 65.  I've now began taking 1 of the 50K dry D3 daily in an effort to get my D over 80.  A dry D3 is what you'll need.  DAVE
