I'm gonna get black eyes!

Ok,

When I am doing exercising,  I am unable to do any sort of jumping jacks or running because my Panni is friggin jumping up and down so much.  Its so uncomfortable!  Outside of having a panniectomy (which I hopefully will sometime in the future!), is there something I can wear to hold all that loose skin in place so it is comfortable to exercise and I dont risk black eyes?

Thanks all!

I wear tight fitting bike short style bottoms when I exercise.  Many others wear compression tops as well to keep the "muffin top" in check, as well as the floppy boobs.  I manage to do ok with a really tight sports bra and the shorts though.

I recommend the exercise and fitness board for product recommendations.

You can also find compression shorts and leggings at running stores.  I don't know if a general sporting goods store would carry them or not, but a higher end store that specializes in running gear will have them.

For now, I just buy regular lycra workout leggings (Old Navy) and get them pretty snug so everything stays more or less where it should.

I haven't tried this personally but my friend uses the Spanx that go from under her bust to mid-thigh plus, a pair of tight stretchy leggings. Hope it helps.

Check martitalinda'spost.

She used a altered compression stockings and it held in her tummy before she had her panni. She has a before and after pic of it on her blog.

I call it an all in one.. It starts like a bra and then goes down to shorts..It has an opening for a bra. I use a running bra from the Running Store..Road Runners Sports.
