Done, Done and Done, but B.P. Dropping!!!??
One last thing... Has anybody else had probs with their B.P. Dropping after hitting your goal? I have been getting dizzy spells and have passed out one time. my Primary Dr. told me that my B.P. was now low and she has sent me to a specialist to see what is going on.. If anyone else has had this problem feel free to chime in and let me know what the outcome was..I am kinda scrared.. ;(

A lot of what we eat and drink post op is low sodium. Low minerals.
I had to increase my sodium intake and added some minerals - electrolytes to my diet.
With not enough salt, good blood work (thin blood - low cholesterol, etc) the blood pressure may have tendency to drop - i.e. when you suddenly get up from a chair, etc. To counter that - you need to increase the amount of water your body stores - as long as you do not have issue with edema or lymphomas.
Once I starting added salt to my food (good mineral rich salt - from sea salts, or Himalayan salts - looks pink) my blood pressure is normal. And I only get dizzy spells when I get dehydrated or use low salt food and drinks for day or 2.

I had same issues at around 8 months. Almost instant dizzy spells at any time. If I didn't grab onto something, it was likely I'd end up on the floor. Begans tests with my PCP. I had 2 Holter Monitor tests and an Event Monitor test, and had pulse rated documented at 45 and 38 at two different times at the doc's office. Finally I got a referral to cardiology. One more Holter Monitor test, and I had a diagnosis. I needed a pacemaker to control my lower bp rate. Diagnosis on a Thursday, implant the on the following Tuesday. No more issues. I'm back on my old bp pills too, but no more dizzy issues or passing out. Just had a 3 1/2 years pacemaker checkup, and I'm doing fine. Likely I'll need a new battery for the pacemaker in about 3 years. I'd get to your doc right away. Minimize driving in the mean time. You wouldn't want a dizzy spell or pass out while driving. DAVE
