1 on 1 consult scheduled!!

Aug 1, I am scheduled for my 1 on 1 consult with the surgeon. I am already preparing my massive list of questions.
Any advice?

Every surgeon is different.... No question is too meanial to ask.

Whats the preop diet or is there one? 

Do you have to lose a  percentage before the surgery?

What is the diet in the hospital? 

What is your post diet schedule? 

What goal does the surgeon feel is sufficient for you? (Then set you own goals)

What is the post operative care plan? 

Do you/will you have access to a nutritionist before/after surger for questions? 

Can you contact the office via email if you think of more question or if situations arise? (I love that I can email my surgeon)

What vitamin regimen does his team recommend? 

What is the post operative visit timelines for office visits 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, etc..

Will they take pictures along the way?

Does the center or surgeons office has a support group? Do they offer a buddy system? 

Does the doctor have statistics from his previous patients? 



I am sure theres a thousand more but that just right off the top of my head... at 5 am thats alot of thinking haha

Thanks DG.. I have quite the list compiled, most of which has been hijacked from the internet (here) and a few google searches. I want to be armed to the teeth and ready to go next week.
