Achooo! Then OWWWWW! Then ahhhhhh,

Weirdest thing yesterday.  All weekend was having a lot of soreness left upper abdomen.  Then last night I sneezed with no warning (hate those sneak-attack sneezes LOL). 

OMG that surprise sneeze was the most painful thing I have ever done.  I felt like every organ in my abdomen was on fire!  I don't recommend it LOL...

But anyway, after the sneeze, my soreness was mostly gone.  Muscle contraction/relaxation?  Luck of the draw?  No idea, but I am grateful nonethe less.... however I will still try to avoid sneezing at all costs, man that hurt!!!
