anyone else have a tear in there pouch from a ulcer?

This happen to me last week and I am concerned about it healing and other poteintal problems? any help or input would be grateful!  I didnt even no I had a ulcer until I woke up in at night in severe pain and ended in emergancy surgergy.  Nothing really unusuall
