I am 9 months out today and I have been @ a stall for the past 2 months !!! Please tell me what I can do to break this stall !!! My NUT says stay between 700-900 calories a day, so I do around 750-800. My protein is always over 100g.  I walk daily and do 8 miles every other day on my bike....Somebody please tell me what to do !!! Should I up my calories? My exercise? My protein?  I do eat full fat cheeses, have since I was able to eat it. Should I do lowfat ?  I am so confused and starting to get depressed. I am almost @ goal and really want to get to goal !! I HAVE went down a couple of inches in these past 2 months YAY !!  I only eat carbs in fruits and veggies...no breads, crackers or anything else "White"Every time I think I have got this, something else happens   GRrrrrrr................Thanks again

you are just in prime stall territory, from what I gather. Keep doing your excercises and following the food plan (I might up the calories some, but I'm not a NUT). Measurements will be what helps you through a stall... then one day the weight will change.

You are almost at goal so the weight is going to come off slowly.. that said i would increase your calories it's better for your metabolism to lose weight eating the most calories possible so that when you're in the maintenace phase you aren't trying to survive on 800 calories a day!! I was eating 1200 calories at 9 months and at almost 11 months I'm thinking of increasing to 1400.

good luck, you're almost there!! Lucky -)

You aren't getting enough calories with the amount of activity you are doing. Up your intake and you should start losing again. You are in starvation mode.

I'm no expert, but adding some weight lifting to workouts often helps me through a stall...or it did pre wls (had wls 2/1).
Soon to be mini-me

Yeah, I'm kinda wondering why so low on the calories.... I'm 5'3 and 10 months out - my NUT told me to go up to 1600 cal once I reached goal. Well, I'm past that and averaging around 1100/day. It sounds like what you're eating is right and exercise is spectacular. Other than staying the course, consider seeing if a few extra calories might jumpstart ya.
