tingling and burning in hands and feet

That sounds like neuropathy. It can be caused by a B-12 deficiency. It can also be a complication of diabetes. Other causes include spinal problems that impinge on nerves and nerve damage from surgery. The last one doesn't usually cause problems in all of the extremities. Neuropathy is frequently permanent and can get worse if the cause is not addressed promptly. You need to see your doc to get checked out ASAP!
Not exactly off topic but...
I'm having this burning "hot needle" kind of nerve pain right below the skin on both flanks and on my, where some of my loose skin is. When it happens, the skin itself feels sort of dead for a while. Is this the weight of the loose skin pulling the nerve and causing this? Anyone experieced it?
