More importantly, why would you need/want to take it?

If it's been going on for several days, then Pepto won't help anyway. It's obviously not indigestion, because if it was food-related, the food would be long out of your system by now. It sounds more like a stomach virus. I'd go see your doc and have him prescribe you an anti-diarrheal.

When I left the hospital, I had a list of over-the-counter meds to pick up at the pharmacy. One of those meds was Milk of Magnesia.

Do you know if we're allowed gravol?

Pepto - no.

Immodium - yes.

But if it has gone on for days, call your doc!

Eat yogurt.  The acidophelus (good bacterial cultures) contained in the yogurt should help balance out your system.  If you already eat yogurt and are still having an issue, then I'm at a loss.
