Are you still taking pain medication?  If you are or did recently, it could be a little of hangover.

Are you still on pain meds?  Are you getting enough fluids?

I have not taken any pain meds since 8pm last night.  I am getting in 2 16.9 oz bottles of water a day. Some days I have gotten in a little more.  Plus my shakes

The problem may be dehydration.  32 ounces of water is only half as much fluid as you need in a day.  How many ounces are you getting in with your shakes?

Plus, the pain meds may not have worn off fully.

Dehydration is likely the issue. Low bp issues can happen but usually not in 7 days. I had bp issues, but at 7 months, eventually I had to get a pacemaker.  DAVE

My foggy head issues lingered with me for about 3 weeks after my surgery, your BP
maybe running a tad bit low, but I was also told that this was normal for the first couple
of weeks or so. I t was so frustrating and I was worried that I would not be "normal"
again.... but it will get better..
