What are you eating/doing today?? Back to work Tuesday
Christina, have you tried a different sweetener besides Splenda?? I was always feeling famished and had tons of carb cravings until I switched to Stevia. Night and Day. Not sure if it is really related, but I know I'm not hungry all the time now. Just a thought.

Damn holiday. I'm out of my Mint Cookie protein and it's in shipping transit. I WANT IT NOW.
Did I really say that about PROTEIN?
I've had 48 oz of water today, 16 oz of decaf coffee and about 36 oz of tea.
B - Fage, strawberries, splenda, Special K protein plus, and ground flax.
L - Deli ham, slice of cheese, tomato slices, fruit cup. I'm at an all day meeting so I ate the sammy guts and the side of mixed fruit. Skipped the chips and gave away the cookie.
Snack on the way home will be a protein bar since I am out of my *sob* cookie protein.
D - no clue. Have t-bones and chicken in the fridge. It WILL incude zucchini and squash because I have it coming out of my ears, at least until the squash vine borers finish killing my plants. :(
I want to work out somewhere/somehow today. My saturday morning workout showed me that I burn almost 1000 more calories for the day when I get in a good workout in the morning. Now I want to see what a good evening workout does for me...
